About
The Davison St Guesthouse...
Mammoth's longest operating hostel and the only place in town where 26 people can stay together under one roof!
We're a family owned and operated European style hostel for people of all ages that can also be rented out to a single private group. Guests enjoy full shared use of the kitchen, living room, men's and women's bathrooms, exterior decks and private parking lot. We have a men's dorm room as well as a separate women's dorm room where we offer bunks. We also offer three private rooms one of which has it's own private bathroom with a tub. We have many friendly long time returning customers who exemplify how to share the facilities and act respectfully such that this good thing can keep going:) We tend to attract the sort of folks that enjoy our welcoming community atmosphere and choose to stay with us even when they could afford to stay somewhere else!
When you book the entire lodge for your private group the whole place is yours, excepting the manager's detached apartment. Our friendly onsite manager Richard lives in a separate private apartment and is responsible for keeping the place clean between visitors. He can make himself available should you need something and will otherwise give you your privacy.
